Categorizes the vehicle to determine valuation approach: new production uses MSRP, unique specimens use sale price, collectors need condition adjustments.
Condition
Physical and mechanical condition following the Hagerty/CCCA scale. This is the primary value driver for collector cars.
Matching Numbers
Verifies whether original drivetrain components match factory records. Critical for collector car authenticity.
Mileage
Odometer reading relative to typical mileage for age. Very low documented miles command significant premiums.
Provenance
Ownership history including notable collectors, racing history, or celebrity connections. Rare but can dramatically increase value.
